How do these new prayer's work?

Well if the top Magic prayer increases Magic by 15% then 82 * .15 + 82 = 94 then I should be able to Ice Barrage, but I want to calrify this before I go waste time changing spells.

no..what they mean is that you can HIGHER hits.

I'm pretty certain they only raise it for you to do more damage, like ulimate str, ect. It dosent raise you level altogether.

 

 

 

Its kind of like poting. For example, I would use an attack pot and my attack would temparoly got to 70, but i wouldnt be able to weild an abbys wip.

It clearly states that the new spells function like the reflex spells, in that they raise your accuracy, not like the strength prayers.

Yeah it doesn't raise your Magic ability...for example, the prayer "Incredible Reflexes" raises your attack by 15%, and if you had 68 attack or something and wanted to wield a Whip, you wouldn't be able too. :P
