I worked on it for a while.

As for the my site. No it isnt my design but if you register you can see my template when you change it through the User menu. The one you see from the start was my favourite one which is why it is the default. And most of the css from the darkwing skin was changed by me. So no its not me who made it but YES I can make similar designs. The whole reason i'm making these sigd for free is because I need the practice. I have been working around the clock trying to create a new LDU template and making sigs is sort of a way for me to work with colors to make my template as good as possible.
