Michael Posted August 30, 2006 Share Posted August 30, 2006 With the new update of the D axe I'm considerin buying myself a d axe, but i've heard that the increase of speed over rune doesn't warrant the price tag. Like any new item(it's kind of new with update, not actually new though) it will cost alot when it 1st comes out. Just wait 2 weeks to a month for prices to go down. It's so expensive, because it's a rare drop from strong monsters instead of being smithable. If you woodcut alot you'll probably like the speed, especially on yews and magics.
