I actually kinda looked like this except my teeth werent that much spaced and dirty. I had some kind of thing to push my lower jaw for 1 1/2 year (REALLY PAINFUL) and then got braces for 3 1/2 for a total of 5 years. Yay for self-confidence!

i got braces back in 4th grade...and lasted til 6th grade....straight teeth to this day  < see

i hated when they tightened them...hurt to eat for the next 3ish days

Well my tetth were pretty straight so I was on the fence whether to get them or not. I chose to get them 'cos lets face it, what is a few days of pain compared to nice straight teeth?

Not long to go until I get them off, definitely going to be an-under-1-year-job.
