Can anyone tell me where on the island I can find the dungeon where Cave Horrors are to be found?

I believe it's on the eastern end of the island

 

Don't forget all your gear

 

Witchwood icon and a light source I believe

 

 

 

 

 

If you do need a light source, please post back cause I plan to make the trip soon and any foresight helps . . .

OK found it on world map now (tucked away in bottom left corner - I've been away for couple of months so missed this). Thanks for reminder about Witchwood icon, I had forgotten it! :oops:

 

 

 

edit: it says the cave is very, very dark so I guess a light source is required!

Yes you definately need a light source, and lots of food and your best magic armour as they have mage based attacks

I don't think it can be a magic-based attack as Protect from Magic prayer provides no protection, while Protect from Melee provides full protection. :?:

When it howls, like leaning in to kiss, it's magic based.

 

When he kicks it's melee based.

After 2 unsuccessful trips to cave horrors , I got my first mask !

On my second kill I got my mask.

 

 

 

Btw its called maged based melee. In other words you need both good mage def and good melee def (like d hide). Its kind of hard to explain.

in other words the attack is mage based but it is made in hth combat

or you can range/mage/hally them and dont worry about armour :D

 

 

 

theres tons of safe spots in there so it shouldnt be a problem
