then you just click the alter

 

i think. try right cklicking the tiara and select "use" and then click the alter

If you have a tiara on and if it has the appropriate talisman on it then you just click the rock to the altar to get in.

first it has to be the correct tiara for the altar you are at

 

second you must be wearing it ...not in inventory as it is a waste of one space and the whole reason for tiara's is to get and extra slot

 

third just left click on the mysterious rock and you are in(left click)

And jsut to add... not just A tiara. You need an ECHANTED tiara of the rune type.
