COFFEE!

A cup of home made coffee in the morning can keep me awake at night... :-s But coffee from Timmy's has no effect at all <-- alittle stingy on the caffeine I bet. <.<

Away :( -cheers all!

Pour salt in your eyes. I'll guarantee you you won't get sleepy.

And a useful trick: keep on as much light as possible.

Have a large snack and drink at like 10pm. Like 2 sandwhiches and a milo.

My body clock is buggered. Most days I go to bed like 2am, then on weekends I sleep will about 2pm. :?

It's 7 AM here and I'm (still) awake. Going to bed now, to sleep 6 hours. I need little sleep lately.

Honestly though, I'd have to agree with gonpost. Constantly drinking caffine drinks to stay up or trying to "reset" your internal time clock by forcing yourself to stay up for insane amounts of time is not good for you.

You could go for a night jog, it's less sunny at night. Just don't go anywhere remote

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
