moss giants

On the tip.it bestiary, it says that there are moss giants north of ardougne. Does anyone know exactly where they are? Some foolproof instructions wud b v helpful tnx. I'm trying to get a less crowded group of mossies to train on as varrock gets v busy. A group in a non-multicombat area at least wud help. Thanks again,

You can miss them. North of Ardy(where the demale warriors are), west of Fishing Guild. It's en-route to the Waterfall.

 

 

 

Best place to kill moss giants is at Moss Island in Brimhaven.

where exactly is this 'moss island'? Soz if i sound all nooby but i aint been there b4. and if its a separate island, how do i get there once im in brimhaven?

Click on this. http://www.tip.it/runescape/world_map.htm . Scroll down to where Brimhaven is. A little west of Brimhaven you'll see an island with the Agility icon on it. Welcome to Moss Giant Island. lvl 10 agil required to rope swing on to island.

Has Moss Island always been there?

Edit: I have and older map that shows island but no agility shortcut, so I'm guessing it was added recently?

It also depends on how you want to attack them. The Moss Giants North-West of Ardougne are for ranging/maging as there is a protected circle and 4 Moss Giants spawn around the circle. You can melee them if you want, but if there are 4 rangers/magers in the circle, they will most likely get the giants before you. Moss Giant Island is better for melee and it is rarely crowded. And there are slice of cake spawns on the island to help heal you. Both spots are non-multi (unlike Varrock Sewers).
