Nilazarach
Hey, I really hope someone knows how to help me out of this major mess I'm in... I was gone for a year traveling and never got to play RS . Stupid as I were, I even let one of my hotmail accounts reset ---- the one which kept my RS details! So .. fortunately, I remember the UN and PW for my "main char." , but the secondary charcter (-stashed with loveable items!) - is completely forgotten, I cannot even remember the username .. dangit. So Jagex recovery won't help me, since I only know my email address - not the username. Does anyone have an idea of how I can find my other char? (Any RS-members here, who could be so very kind and post my post in the official RS forum for Jagex staff to help.. please.) Thanks
sheepdean
don't tell jagex about this, as putting items onto another account for extra bank space is against the rules. there is NO WAY to retreive that account, so just try remembering, or make a new account Back by popular demand! And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all. Nilazarach
I know "banker" are not legal .. I did actually play with the character, have my brothers play one and I play one -- and then share items ... that's not against the rules is it? Just letting him take care of the more expensive items.. shouldnt be a bad thing :-k
sheepdean
its still breaking rules, even though you used for a real char - and if u use the same one as your bro, thats another rule broken Back by popular demand! And I guess I just wanted to tell you, as the light starts to fade, that you aree the reason, that I am not afraid, and I guess I just wanted to mention, as the heavens will fall, that we will be together soon if we will be anything at all. ValaraZ
I think he means that his brother played the 2nd account which had the expensive items stored in it. Might be wrong though, but that's what i understood about his typing. As you know mules (you call them bankers) are not allowed neither is sharing an account BUT if in fact the 2nd account was played by your brother then wouldn't he remember the rsn for it? Seems weird that you're the one who should be remembering his rsn and pw if you weren't the actual owner of the account. Anyways, only thing i can help is to say this: try remembering the stats of the acc (if it had hiscored stats) and then start pitchforking the hi-scores of that certain skill until you find it. by pitchforking i mean the mathematical term that is most likely incorrect in english. :D anyway, here's an example: Say the acc is a skill pure and he has 75 woodcut, go to hiscores and find where lvl 75 wc begins and scroll up or down until you find it. voilÃÆÃâÃâá! account found, recovered and you're back to merching the items. Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant: "If I live, I will kill you, If I Die, you are forgiven." Such is the Rule of Honor.

Nilazarach
haha.. we like it easy, usually keep same passwords for several places - maybe with a few variations though. and the idea is brilliant I must say, though I don't remember much at all -- after all I wasn't the one playing it most of the time (btw. Valaraz you are right..) Aactually.. I thought of something myself that might work .. if it's the one I think, it is in my friends list. Guess my brother and I will have to see if the passwords we use work on it
whtgandalf
if this was a p2p account then you would get emailed each month when the credit card is charged.. the email says it withdrew the money and lists the character name ..hope this works you did not say if it was p2p or f2p
