September 8, 200619 yr Hi, I have been playing on my second account recently as I lost all my money as my "friend" isn't returning the 23m+ I lent him. The thought of making all that money back again doesn't excite me so I turned to my other account. It was a pure but I got bored and got it to 40 defence. I am actually glad now as I can do lots of different things, not just camp at experiments. Here is a pic which shows stats when pure and current stats This thread is to set out my goals and document me achiveing those goals. I have never drop traded if you are going to say that as I see that on every pure goal or achievment thread. I collected cow hides training my mellee stats, then when I had a few geepee to rub together gradually merhcanted, pked, staked etc. My goals atm are 90+ strength and getting the best equipment possible. So here is mellee equipment of just after I got defence and now. I count this account as not pure any more, pure is 1 def and with 40 def I just have high-ish strength now. If I get to 90+ it could be as good as a pure, but still not a pure. Edit: I changed the title now, rune pure will do to class me as :P not bad , needs more work on the total lvl , althought u should do them goals easlily This is my second account I have and will use for pking, I have a main, if you want to look at those stats click on the link to highscores. So I will only be getting non-combat stats up for quest requirements. I can make money by pking, staking, merchanting etc. so no drop trading =;
September 10, 200619 yr Author Just got this Going for 40 fishing after getting 40 mining first, then do family crest. Next day this Been working alot lately so little done, with days off coming up will have more done. Finished family crest, cooking what I fished now to be able to use cooking gaunts.

September 14, 200619 yr Author I got rune defender and 77 strength, missed pic :wall: Went pking, and got my first pk with defence on here :D Pked a ranger with some great dds specs. Went on to pk a dds by specing a 1 itemer, killed in 2 specs, he couldnt protect in time :lol: Died later on though to a ranger who got pjed, I got kill message but I couldnt pick up any loot from myself or him, damned looters! :x
September 15, 200619 yr Author Well I went pking again... I know I should at least get some of the rfd gloves but I cant resist lol. I took a few took a bit of a hit in bank but was fun. First one was after she killed me unskulled for dds and rune helm, was good fight so kitted out and fought again. Was a good fight again with her getting me low alot but I dont safe so I'm gunna get that :P I hit some good dds specs but not enough to ko, but she ran out of food, didnt try to run, loads of respect and we're friends now. Was about to go to greens when a pure attacked me, I was skulled this time, but this time I was having a great fight. As you can see from the sharks I just couldnt stop hitting him, I didnt eat until end of fight, he hit about 25 and took out dds, so I hit, ate shark and dds back. Dead :D I should've stopped there but as usual I needed to be killed to stop. I also should have read the signs when I got a few rangers next. One I was owning and he teled, then another one pjed me by tangling, tbing (I dont carry teles lol) and ranged from distance. I found this ranger again and he used this "technique" again, I sat there taking his low hits. I told him, "lol, learn to pk" he said something along the lines of no, u should, I then speced dds and he teled red bared :wall: He pmed me laughing, huge noob, met worse but definatly deserves to go on some kind of wall of shame.......... if only I could remember his name :P Conclusion.... Pures are extremely dangerous to fight... I wear 350k, they wear dds, there is no chance of me getting a whip pk without smite. Rangers are worth fighting but because of this huge expense they will not give a good fight :roll: .... tele ftl. But love it when they are :ohnoes: to me :lol: Hopefully this thread wont just turn into a pk thread, I want to get some required quests done tommorow is day off.
September 17, 200619 yr Author I'v had a really busy week this week so not much done, all I did was get this... I also went pking but died, so took a break. When I went back on I couldnt be bothered to spend the rest of my money on rune so went looking for 1 itemers or ppl who just attack to annoy you. I took addy med, mith plate, addy legs and addy 2h with dds, rune defender, d scim and warrior ring. I ended up killing a 1 itemer in 2 specs :lol: this got me skulled #-o I was on lobs and I got pjed immediatly but got out alive, dont think i'll risk 600k again like that lol, but gotta love killing 1 itemers and getting it :D I was looking at my pictures of rs and found some good ones for this thread, will put them in first post. Just thought I'd add onto this post of my exploits of staking, I didn't intend to stake, people aproached me. First was a pure with mellee pray, we agreed to have pray on if I could have rune defender on. I should have won all but it took me time to work out, I used d scim to take off prayer, dds spec and scim rest of way. Lost first 3 duels and then won last which was 4 times first so lost only a lil bit. Other duel was a lvl 67 pure, I didnt look up, but knew what he was about, turned out he had 3 str lvls on me. We did only weapon and spec on and I made no mistakes in any fight. It was going back and forward until for no particular reason I won every stake until I cleaned the guy. He was a great sport like I think I would be and I gave him rune crossbow he staked back and we added eachother. He said he was up to 3.2m yesterday, so great respect to stake me his last 200-300k or so. Sorry I didnt take any pictures, they werent great wins, but a good story none the less.
September 28, 200619 yr Author Got loads of levels... missed loads of screenys :P Heres one I did get 2 magic levels from pest control heres current stats and I bought obby cape and rune boots, so since theres a new equipment page... Finally got some of Recipie for disaster done today got 4 dudes done: Need to do about 6 subquests for Lumby guide, murder mystery and grow my kitten into a cat for Evil Dave, get 70 cooking and 42 agility for monkey and do heroes and some others for the knight dude.
October 13, 200619 yr Author Levels since I last posted: I will get addy gloves soon, I'v been fairly busy doing stuff like working, searching for full time work etc so I fit in RS around that. But I do good a good amount of time on, I just spend alot of it staking.... so here are some pics of my triumphs! :lol: This guy had 7 attack levels on me, so he could whip me if we didnt kill eachother in 4 specs. Was good stakeing him. Respect. This guy had mage and range and, I got him not to have obsticles and we fought in normal place. As you can see I was well prepared for him, I had range for when he ice burst me and could snare him myself if I wanted. I ran up to him and started to dds spec, he puts on mellee protect and ice bursts me and runs back and starts ranging, i switched to range and dds speced him to kill him when i could run again. I enjoyed the fight but he didnt, he didnt want to duel me after he won a smaller stake after when he managed to range me with karils bow and won duel by a few hp. Great fights, I started off with a bad start, I hit crap and lost d long and d scim in first 2 duels. I staked d scim v d long and won for this: I did this again I won the d scim I lost so we were back to evan, I won every fight there after with me winning the next one by staking d long I won 2 rune baxes after so ended up 200k on him. He had to go to dinner after he lost the axes. When he came back he didnt want to stake more, but we got chatting and became friends :) He is similar stats to me, but with 45 def and 3 less strength levels. Huge respect. He put up a good fight and didnt say a thing about losing. I went pking after the next day. I was walking up to greens on world 18 to get some lvl 10 deep action when a pure attacked me, with mage and went in for dds spec, I ate well and turned tables by hitting him well and dds specing, getting him down to 10-20 hp on all the specs and following up with 3 more decent hits where he was hovering about 15hp. Then this noob tags me. I say "gay tagger" and he said "well everybody does it" Just as he said that I hit a 26 for the ko and he fell to floor, me laughing my arse off. The pker I was fighting before decides to pj me and I had to eat alot and pick up his full inv of food :P I picked up the dds and few pots and str ammy and attacked pjer back and he actually ran with mellee pray on lmfao. Tagger and pjer majorly owned! 2-0 to the honerable pkers methinks :D I didn't take a pic of the pure running with mellee pray on after he pjed me, I survived and attacked back. He had about the same stats as the pure I killed, with magic high enough to ice blitz. As you can see he blitzed me alot, he evan blitzed me and distanced when I went to attack him when he pjed me rofl. If I got the pic of him running with mellee pray on after pjing me it would have made my day :lol: I was in level 10 wild at greens unskulled. There was just a bunch of 1 itemers there not evan skulled, one of them attacks eachother and I dds speced him after he moved elsewhere, see... I didnt evan pj him, was a good ko but I didn't get the kill and he protected his ddp anyways. Anyways..... I saw this guy just in the trees and I pot up and attack, he retaliates and hits me, he gets farily low and I take out dds, I would love to have told you I made a great 24, 26 spec for the ko but that did not happen, I speced low numbers but he still didnt eat, I carried on speced till I was out and he was at about 6 hp and I hit a 4 and a 2 to kill him. I was shocked, he either disconected and had the misfortune that I attacked him when this happened or he went afk.... feel sorry for him but what can I do, free full rune for me I guess. I then went back to greens skulled, where a lv 84 in initiate attacked, I refused to run or tele and stood my ground but ended up worse for it as he was owning me. I sipped a pray pot when I should have eaten first and he hit a 33 to ko me, he was good... too good for my stats but goes with territory at greens, you get a kill here.... you get a good pker who owns you there.... I feel better that I stood up to him as I am developing my pking skill and I learny a little on how to eat when a barrage on hits come in from a whip and dds :P Thats the loot I got out with for the full rune kill, see the person logged in, thats the "friend" who I lent all my stuff to... worth 23m+. I lent before I went on holiday, he was raising magic so I was already lending him loadsa nats to raise magic with so I lent him most of my bank on his promise he wouldn't fritter it away and give it back when I came back in a week. What do I get when I come back.... I go onto rs and he's not on, but he doesn't come on for a week. I asked his brother where he was and he said "he's next to me lol" at that moment I just thought damn, he's not giving any of it back. I gave him a right piece of my mind on AOL and ranted at raved at him saying stuff like "the 23m was worth getting a piece of scum like you out of my life , it's just a detrement to the game that you want to play it, just go back to maplestory where you can get your 40 levels and think you own." My blood ran wild, he took my 23m, all that time I spent getting and now I was left with nothing but a empty bank and my stats. I decided then I had to get back the money, but first I would play on my pure to have some fun on rs again. So I made this blog and the rest is history. I can be a tough son of a [bleep] sometimes :P Btw he was on the whole time I was pking, but it gave me some steel I think in that I was pking well and ended up about 100k up after 2 pks and 1 loss against a guy with much better stats than me. Maybe he should make my blood run wild more often so I pk well all the time :lol:
October 17, 200619 yr Author Well I am quitting, wish I had done more but I can't be on Runescape so much. Taking a break to be away from the game. I will post some pics of some of memorable moments of my main and pure. Old bank.... never ever borrowed a thing or begged for a thing at this stage. All money was in fletching and rcing :D Funny scammer :P 75 rc, not bad eh? same rc lvl as str lol. My finest achievment of Runescape 75 RC, hardest thing I achieved in Runescape. Highest recorded hit - I koed a Ranger for 55 once though, at Edge pking :D Gave whip to a good friend to buy varacs to kq with me, he lost varacs pking lmao, he quit and gave back when he did. He's awesome and having fun in real life. Loan from real life friend, he already quit so he loaned me this. =D> Hope I can owe you back :pray: Great friend :D After buying Santa for around 17m, was siked! :D When I was merchanting santa, had pretty sweet setup but think I was tempting fate a little too much here.... And a few pks I took pics of... made so many more pks but I was terrible at taking pic as I didn't think they would go on forums. pk of a mage - he was at greens when I was training, so I banked, looked like I was just training, he didn't attack so I put on mystic bottom, top, potted mage pot, ice barraged over and over, he could only ice burst so I barrage and sup atr and attk, ice blitz, and super dds spec, dead before he could say AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! literaly lol. He added me and said he wasnt going to attack, but you shouldn't be in wild if you can't take people fighting back. A pk - koed, enough said. Pk of dude on normal spells and ahrims, let me to get close to you at your peril! Pk of a 45 def pure with 99 str if I remember right, was best ever fight imo and I killed when he ran, respect for no telles and staying till outta food. He ran to wizzies but I maged before he got to them and killed, huge respect. We fought before and he ran while maging, whipping and running, he got me out of food and I ran out and gloried out. Didn't use teles I brought, shark would have been more useful as I wouldn't ever tele versus him but you don't know what you encounter in the wild so I brought as I didn't pk at greens much. Huge respect for this guy. Whip pk, was shocked as I koed him as he was owning me, was well pleased with my first whip pk. :D :D :D Missed my best pk of whip, dharoks body and legs, obby set, rune and black set and beserker helm. Wish I got that, woulda been so great! I will post this with my pures pks on a greyard thread, will be good way to sign off, hope you like my pics and good luck to those who pk and thos who enjoy Runescape just don't get addicted!
November 21, 200619 yr Author Well its been a whole month since I quit and I havent been on main or pure much at all. This has conincided with me getting full time hours in work and I am glad I have quit. My day revolves around work now, not going on RS around work.... It has helped work as people have noticed that I have been working harder and I did 10 extra hours last week and they appreciate my work. Work is going very well now, although I am a little fragile this morning as I went on the piss last night :P
