Its under the General guides section of tip.it, go look for it.

I think he meant that piece of music.

First off, Ferrol didn't insult anyone, and secondly, the song he is referring to isn't in the tip.it music guide. The song might be unlocked during the new quest, explaining why is it's on tip.it yet, but I really have no idea. I have it unlocked, and I don't listen/look at the music enough to when it was added or when I unlocked it. Judging from the name, it may also be unlocked somewhere in the desert, but, like I said, this is only a guess.

you get it while going along the wall in the siunguisti region or something...just start darkness of the hallowvale pretty much.
