Are you a member or free?

If you are free you are in trouble for I have not been on a F2P server to train sence world 8 was a members only world and the rune two handed sword was the sword to have.

If you are a member then I would try training on the gnomes at the battle field sorta south west (or east I cant remember) of Adrounge. Or you could go and train on orgers that are around Yannial.

So just look around and try different thigs. Never stick to one thing to train on try different things.

For f2p the flesh crawlers on lvl 2 of the stronghold of security are perfect you just have to run out every 20 minutes when they stop auto attacking.

lvl 27 minotaurs are good as long as you have the deffence/armour to protect against all or most damage, they drop iron arrows which is good for range or for selling if you want a little extra cash.

I'm f2p, going for 60 atk from 51. I've gotten to 57 in about 2 days from white knights in falador.

Use a rune scimitar and train at the hill giants in edgeville dungeon, thats what i did. Good luck! But if you are free to play, you cant even get dragon -.- , so unless you plan to become a member, dont even bother.

He's P2P...anyway....

I'd say train on chaos druids because they are very low level and you get decent amount of herbs so you can make money.

Another way is if you train slayer, you get the combat xp and you get slayer xp.

Last but not least, there is always pest control... \'
