Helping a scammed friend, advice.

I'm not gonna give out any names, but I have a bit of a dillema right now. My little brother, bless his heart, is not the brightest person there is, and went to trade someone down in the mole holes. Long story short, he's lost his entire inventoy pretty much. (Ranger boots, 5mil in gold, arrows, pages, 500 D bones etc, etc) he was trading in Falador.

Now, I sit here shaking my head cause I couldn't warn him of such a scam, but it raises many a question. Should I try and help him out, get him back on his feet, or would this be against the rules in some form or fashion?

He's taking it kinda hard right now, mostly looking for some kind of advice on what to do for the little guy right now.

Give him a rune pickaxe/ hatchet and a set of full rune and he'll be back on his feet in no time.

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

I think the only rule you have to worry about is trading between accounts from the same log in, aka rule # 8

I'd like to confirm that, that statement is false. This was taken from the knowledge base from where else? Runescapes rulebook. 8-)

"My brother and I both play from our own accounts in our house. Is it all right if we trade items?"

"Yes, this is not going against the rules of conduct providing you are both playing from two separate accounts created by each of you."

Help your brother out, if he needs it and you want to help. What else is there to be said? Sorry to hear about he was scammed, but.. we live and we learn right? He'll get back on his feet. :D
