Karil X-bow or Magic Short bow?

)I was just wondering...with my pure should I pk with MSB or Karils x-bow? here are my stats and tactics:

 

 

 

70 range

 

70 mage<---almost

 

1 defence

 

11 prayer (stupid priest in peril )

 

61 hp

 

 

 

and I plan to Ice burst (yes, I did Desert Treasure) then to range people to death; Ice burst when needed (running, praying, etc.)

by the way, I'll be using runite arrows with the MSB.

Well if intelligence you lack then I suggest insolence and use neither, but instead go for obsidian rings =P. One handed and the same stats of a MSB. That and I'm sure you can find a good use for the other hand in RS.

1 ring costs about the same as msb though.
