The server for that World may be down, or you Loaded a World during a Sytem Update.

 

Try and different World and post again if it sys the same thing.

 

Also if that doesn't work try logging onto another of your accounts if you have one.

it been doing this for 1 hour im pissed every world i try

its you computer telling you to go outside and stay off runescape for a while, though me on the other hand, can stay in and play all i want, because i sprained my knee so my computer lets me into runescape ::'

99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.

Occasionally Jagex post in the main site news that something like;

 

'1 in 8 Accounts may experiance problems logging into Runescape for a few hours'

 

So I'm guessing your account could be one and Jagex just haven't posted it on the main news possibly because they didn't think it'd last this long.

 

Remember apparently they're apparently trying to fix a ton of bugs with the upcoming Sounds and Music update..
