Malhavok Posted September 18, 2006 Share Posted September 18, 2006 You don't make money back form cowhides, assuming you mean buying, then crafting and selling( Alching out of the question). Leather is the cheapest range armor in the game, like bronze, anybody can make it. People buy it for the crafting exp. It's a ready source of material.
