when u make flour, is it like an item and when you leave it it appears to everyone, or is logged on your account so everytime you log on its still there?

Its an item. Its not a quest or a special item, so it will always be there, it can be dropped, traded, sold, or whatever.

Only you can see it but I am not sure whether it stays there when you log out. :)

I tested it and it stays but there's a limit on how much flour you can make there with out putting it in a pot.
