Hello, I've seen it in a thread today, and I know it's from Digsite quest somehow, and it can deal 35 damage to you. Could someone give me a little more info on this?

its for digsite quest. If u drop it u get hurt alot. so dont drop it. other then that its useless.

After the quest it is most used by dharok people to self-inflict damage to get better str specials.

You make it during the quest. If you find and use the same ingrediants, you can most likely make it after the quest and use it. I'm almost possitive that you must complete the quest first to use and create it.

After the quest you just go back to same barrel with an empty vial and fill it.

 

I use it sumtimes.

I had one last question, do you just fill a vial from the barrel? Or do you have to make it again?

Just use vial with barrel and you should be done.
