i once read on another tip site that if you have a completed prayer book and die and lose it, you can go to jossik and he will give you the completed prayer book back, is this true?

As a sidenote, he also returns incomplete prayer books. I lost my incomplete zammy one and my guthix prayer book and he returned both. \'
