September 24, 200619 yr Well, one of the most obvious (and efficient) spots would have to be Bandits. You carry carry other armour (rune, whip, shield), then once you're low on health take out the Guthians and restore your HP. After Pest Control came out, the Bandits most likely became less popular, so it will probably be easier to find a spot all for yourself. September 24, 200619 yr ankou's those beasts you get claws from for fairy tale part 2 (can't remember name) the fight caves npc's basically anything that would normally use up food quickly, or is a pain to get to Runescape nick : Fat_SlugOwner of Ears, Scythe and a 10 year veteran cape :D
