September 28, 200619 yr I think this is supposed to be in a differant forum, and I could have sworn there was a sticky about this, but I can't find either one. Anyway Take the picture: hit the "Print Scrn/SysRq" button, above the insert key, to the right of F12. Then open up MsPaint. Click the "select" button. (the dotted line forming a square, should be upper right button) Paste it. Theres your pic. Crop it as needed. Go to a hosting website Imageshack is a good one. Upload it, put the direct link to image in image tags [img=Imagelink here] hope that helps..
