I noticed that there were two snake hide tanning options, but i could only use one of them, the cheaper of the two i believe. what is the other option for? Gugge Posted September 28, 2006 Share Posted September 28, 2006 There are 2 different kinds of snakes that give hide: the ones that pop up from the buches you cut in the tai bwo wannai minigame, and the giant snakes you meet in the temple trekking minigame. Those both kind of snakes give hides that look different and cost differently much to tan. Once tanned they look the same, and result in the same kind of snake skin armour.
