Dofus Online

Its a fun free online game i found, just make an account, download it(arround 100mb) its 3rd person view, and you fight by using taking turns kind of like chess, at the start you get 6 attacking points and 3 move points

when fighting pick where you stand, move closer and attack with bow/spells /melee weapon

im pretty low lvl at the moment, but getting better :)

but somthing that kind of anoys me is that alot of the players use different languages, but some of them use those because their the most common in the game, and when they hear you speak english they talk back english

I believe Bubs used to play this, I don't know whether he still does.

I didn't know much about it and it didn't really appeal much to me on the website, though it looks quite good.

I might have a go, but i'm waiting for YulGang Online, kthx.

I'm probably just dumb when it comes to this game but I played the Arena version (Dofus Arena) and I have *no* idea how the heck I am supposed to make moves during combat. So naturally, I was defeated like a limp fish. I tried clicking all the buttons and options, hit every key on my keyboard, but my character just stood there. :wall:

lol, i dont know if that version is the same.

but you use your mouse to move spaces until you have no more move points, then use your attack points up, then its their move

I play that game, subsribed for a year, then realized it wasent worth it, that membership is going to waste....

Ahoy, yes I did.

The concept is really good: Strategic fighting in a battle, unlike other MMOs. Problem is, the battle is tick-based, the game itself is real time. You kind of lose the feeling of action.

The cartoony graphics really appealed to me and the game uses very few resources. But do you want to know why I stopped playing? The community, or more specifically, the lack of one. While people are no where near as obnoxious as the majority of RuneScape, you'll often find yourself stranded. The staff involvement seems to be non-existant, and it's just not very friendly.

I used to play Dofus as well. Back in the day I did the maps and the looks of the controls were much simpler than those you posted, though.

Nowadays I'm playing TAO, which is much more strategical and has a much better community than Dofus, in my opinion. :)

Tactics Arena. o.O

Haven't heard of that in a long time, I was pretty good at it. Although anyone who I played just "accidentally" exited their browser/quit if I was winning.

(Well you got d/c if you exited, not sure if it does that now.)

If you aren't a subscriber, you still do. :(

Also, your account is wiped out if you don't log in for over 15 days or so, so my account is probably gone by now.

From what I know, the only tip.iters who currently play it are me and Oy, who has introduced me to the magic of TAO.

If you wanna play someday let me know Cad. ;D

Ahh, i'm tempted to play again soon. PM me sometime if anyone wants to play.
