September 30, 200619 yr After getting 70 defence today (i am 25k xp off) i was thinking bout starting the long trip to lvl 70 range. what should i use? Pesty? Iron knives? Darts? i just need some idea from people who have already got to that lvl. I ma members ~Blurite44 Cheap Mark - Going for 1050 Total
September 30, 200619 yr i bought alot of bronze arrows ( not sure amount ) , bought a tent and camped out at ogre cage at the training ground north-west of ardougne. I power-ranged unless I got a good drop. Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !

I power-ranged unless I got a good drop. yup i did that too. \ it was horrible going from lvl 50-70, but it was worth it. i used iron arrows, and i did pick up my arrows. they drop a lot of seeds, and seome are worth picking up, like rannars Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)

October 1, 200619 yr 13k iron kives or arrows and a full inve of sharks and a week of training. go to fire giants and dont leave for a week.
October 1, 200619 yr Well, I'm currently going for the same goal as you and I was told that about 27k bronze arrows would get me from level 60 to 70 Ranging (because I never pick them up). Seeing as how you're starting from level 53, you may need around 40k bronze arrows if you're lazy like me and don't pick up your arrows. Retired Member
October 1, 200619 yr Im doing the same, i started at 60 range and am now at 67 as seen in sig, im doing it at pest control, so i can get melee xp as well.

October 1, 200619 yr i was gonna get a cannon but went with IRON KNIVES (nice and cheap) from lvl 61 ranging i used around 5k-6k knives, had to pick most up tho. I trained at the fire giants at the WATERFALL lots of safe spots and the drops arn't to bad either, i even got a dragon spear out of it =] i would say buy 10k iron knives and take a packed lunch to the waterfall
October 1, 200619 yr pest control is the fastest way to lvl anything. i like to use steel arrows, they work great at pc.
