lol looks like that dude got the short end of the stick as far as shields go.

good job for your first one. The shading...well...you at least tried it. lol. on my first one i didn't do much shading at all :lol: . I like how u made the wizard drop the runes. Keep it up, you'll get better :wink:

Personally, I think the shield is waaay too small. Try to make that bigger.

work more on proportioning of items and limbs and try to go for a little more 3d effect. flat runes arent very attractive even tho they would be easier to store :P. just keep practicing

It'd be nice to study the human body more. And make your shading better.

Any kind of texture on the body would be good.

Well thx for the help. Actually I noticed the shield was a bit small i'll try to make better proportions and better shading. Hopefully I'll get better gradually. Also thx for the incouraging comments sragral *sarcasm*. Anyways if I ever get good at sig making i'll make free sigs :)

personally i think its lacking detail. the armor looks like clothes, the ground is just gray,

yes i agree with V$. You should add stones or cracks, walls, skeletons, corpses, something to take up that extra space. and the night sky isnt regular blue, its very very dark blue or black.

 

 

 

also there is NO shading whatsoever, and the shoulders are kinda weird...

k thx for telling me what I was missing i'll try to add those into my next pic. Also I'm not to good at making shoulders for some reason :P I would think shoulders would be one of the easiest to make.
