October 1, 200619 yr It's portuguese, he said it himself. Just send a message to Jagex asking for the best option to pay from Portugal. I'm not sure what section the message would have to come from, is there still a Customer Support section? I wouldn't recommend a Cheque because of the time it could take to get to Jagex (as they're in Cambridge).
