I was reporting someone for item scamming and accidentally clicked offensive language. Would i get banned for misusing the report abuse thing since he didnt use any sort of bad language..

I wouldn't worry. I'm sure Jagex will see that your intentions were good, and that the person actually commited an offense, so they should be able to take action against that person. :)
