My revisions in green ^_^ I prefer 1 prayer too, but at that level it would seem you may need it.. then again.. you can always compensate with mage :D

October 2, 200619 yr 59 mage 20 hp But if you mean high level 90 Range (Hitting 15 with addys) 40 Attack (For Rune weapons) 98 Str (98 Str = 99 Str, both hit 29 with Pot, 2h and Str ammy) 88 Hp (You need to get those levels, unless you pc) 99 Smithing (So when people check your stats and say "Nice smithing" you have allredy koed them :-w ) 66 Cb

October 4, 200619 yr 70 Att 96 Str 1 Def 1 Prayer 90+ HP 99 Range 60 Mage 71-72 Combat depending on what the HP level truely is. 70 Att is for two reasons. First it is so if it goes members then it will pwn with a whip. Second is that because of it's combat level it will be fighting Rune Pures/Mains in Rune, so it will hit more often (If it fights with Melee that is, 99 Range > 99 Str/Att/Mage etc any day of the week...)
