Me_Hate_Libs
Well, I've seen the idea for a custom teleport and it's usually just ways for cheap travel to anyplace you want. So I have an idea for cheap travel to one place you want. Basically the concept is that you get a teleport block. i believe it was the tribal totem quest where the wizard in Ardugne teleports you from one block to another. In my suggestion, you can do something, buy it, quest reward, make it, whatever, but the wizard gives you a new one he's invented. You place the block where ever you like, but it must be on the ground level. It also cannot be located anywhere in the wilderness. It takes 30 seconds to set up and combat will disrupt it, much like the new home teleport. You can only have one of these at a time and only in one place. You can place it anywhere else as long as there is a 3 X 3 area of flat ground there. In order to change it's place, you must pick it up and manually transfer it to it's new location. You cannot teleport in anyway while this is in your inventory. Any other ideas? This website and its contents are copyright © 1999 - 2010 Jagex Ltd. Elphinstone
I think there are too many teleports already, making annoying quests like One Small Favour not so annoying any more. Personally, i like walking places except in certain occasions, because i like looking around. But thats just me. I think that a custom teleport would result in even more wonderful lazy people. But then again, thats just me again... Me_Hate_Libs
It's really not used to teleport you *anywhere* on the map, just a place to like to go often. Kinda like how you have the option of 3 different places to grow a spirit tree, but you can only hav 1 at a time. Maybe they could have a list of certain places you can set it up, but make 7 different locales. This website and its contents are copyright © 1999 - 2010 Jagex Ltd. zyrm
good idea, but it would make teleporting way to easy laws wouldnt be needed as much anymore and people could make very quick trips to banks and drop off ores, wood, etc [omg] who cares if its nerfed or fixed.... you people will argue over the color of a green apple if it was a topic on this fourm god. Me_Hate_Libs
I will admit that it might make power skilling easier, but that isn't the intent of it. That and you have to change every time you want a new spot. Maybe the whole idea of there being a certain amount of spots you could do it at. That might work. Hell if I know. Toxicologist
You could just put it in a spot like the Law Altar, the Nature Altar or whatever; and everything... and it makes things too easy. Some places are meant to be hard to reach. Why do you resist?
