They have price-check topics on the actual RuneScape message boards in the Item Discussion forum, but last time I checked it was some where around 2.5 - 3 mil for full I think? Not really sure... not a reliable source here.

Full helm is 350,000gp - 400,000gp while legs are 450,000gp - 500,000gp.
