Guide To Mining.

This Guide will instruct you how to gain mining level's And Smithing Levels and it wont be boring.

Ok get yourself a study pick axe depending on your level and put your favourite music on.

Sit back head to Falador mines.

(This Guide Is For F2P Players Only And Getting Smithing Aswell)

From level 1-25

Mine 14 Tin Ore 14 Copper Ore so you have an even amount in your inventory once you have a full load go up the stairs leading back into Falador bank that full load head back that way you came and do the same till you reach level 25.

From Level 25-40

Ok now that you have reached 25 you can now start mining iron (Level 15 is iron but if you wanna mine it fast you will need level 25) So head down to the Falador mines again, mining full loads of iron this time and heading back up the stairs to the Falador Bank, Banking that load and returning till you reach level 40.

From level 40-Onwards

Now you have reached level 40 you can mine Coal (level 30 is coal but 40 is faster) Mining Coal in the same place Falador Mines until you reach level 60 then you can mine in the mining guild wich is alot faster and easyer and you can also mine mithrel down there.

Smithing

Location: Use the furnace in Falador and use the west bank.

Anvils. Varrock below the west bank.

Once you have reached a steady level of mining your happy with now start smithing.

The Tin and Copper you collected from Level 1-25 smith that.

Using the Iron and Coal You Mines smith that aswell.

After you've completed all the smithing you should have gained a sturdy Smithing Level.

Also a neat mining level aslong as you were watching tv or listening to your favourite music this shudent of been to boring.

I hope this guide helps all them F2P people.

There are better places to mine but I prefer The Falador Mine because its close to a bank.

I'll just point out some things to correct :

Sturdy* - line 3

Mithrel = Mithril Adament = Adamant

Also, there's no adamant in the mining guild, just 37 coal and 5 mithril.

For F2Pers, the Al Kharid furnace is much better than the Falador one.

Shouldn't* - 3rd last line

I guess it's an ok guide though.

Cool.

The basic problem with the guide is that everyone already knows about this stuff. You basically haven't provided any information that can't be taken from the KBase or Tip.It guide, or even the ingame mini-guide [tells you at what levels you can do what]. It would be handy if you could tell people what to make their bars into, and inform them of little things like that their smithing level will end up being lower than their mining if they train it just off what they mine.

Cool.
