What are the best foodstuffs for healing?

Some food heals 22. Such as tuna potatoes and pineapple pizza. But the best per inventory space are Saradomin brews.

Cool.

It depends on what your're doing really.

If training on a low level creature, the I would recommend cakes. They can be eaten in slices, so you have 4 times to heal instead of just eating 1 whole.

Or lobsters are good for healing a long with a lot of other fish. ;)

Sharks are my favourite ones to use.

But cakes can be good if your just fighting low levels.

If your plan to train with cakes, go steal about 1k, then they dont cost anything ;)

when i do something that says bring a lot of high level food i bring Ugthaki kebabs...they heal 19 each and i make them myself

I generally don't use foods anymore.

The two methods I use now...

1. Full Guthan. Perfect against most monsters since it steals their hitpoints. Although a complete set costs about 9m

2. Bones to peaches spell. Provided the monster drops regular bones, you can use this spell indefinately. I once spent an entire two weeks in smoke pits without having to leave using this technique.

8M, as a matter of fact. And I still need to get Bones to Peaches. Expensive to get!
