It is pretty much like it sounds, you use world 16 to craft airs, paying runners.

 

 

 

The specifics as I'm aware are:

 

 

 

You bring noted rune essence (not pure essence since you'll be working with f2pers on a f2p world)

 

 

 

Once you're set, say "Open [payment]"

 

 

 

Payment ranges from 2-3k, obviously if you offer higher you are more likely to get the runners attention first. Runners assume you will also be giving them noted ess back so if not be sure to say so.
