I guide to becoming a player mod. I ask because I don't know if I can do that. This guide, any one could think of it you just got to read in-between the line about the "player mods" section in the 'runescape' website.

I can speak from experience as a former mod if you have any questions for a moderator don't hesitate to pm them. Most of the time they'll be glad to help :P

that just explains about player mods, my guide explains how to get a better chance of becoming a player mod (kinda)
