TeeBeaun Posted October 12, 2006 Share Posted October 12, 2006 Once i was able to thieve from fish stalls i did, go to Miscellania and thieve from that stall, you can position yourself just north of the stall, and leave the two doors open, eventually the guards will end up inside those buildings and you can shut the doors, then the only person you need to worrie about is the owner, and hes not a problem.
