For #2, it's either your internet speed / bandwidth, a firewall or something of the like, or the host of the video. Theres not much you can do in this situation accept for to not allow the video to stream until it is over half way done and you know it will finish downloading by the time you get to that spot. If your constantly being disconnected from RS, and your having problems streaming videos, it sounds like your dropping packets for some reason. What is your internet's up and down speed and who is your ISP?

 

 

 

Other wise, the only other thing I can think of is:

 

1.) Call ISP

 

2.) Speak with a machine

 

3.) ???????

 

4.) Profit!!!!

...

is the new modem the same as the old one? if its different it may be having compatibility issues, or just not be high quality. another thought is to reset the modem, just unplug it and plug it back in.
