When you get to the chest, you will see that it's locked, and there will be a message that says "Property of the Clocktower Monastery". Go to the Monastery just Southeast of the Clocktower and kill a monk for the key. The Clock Tower is South West of Ardougne. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
