Do the capes have any super powers?

I was thinking these level 99 capes, I know they can increase your level, but do they have other special effects than the emotes or the fact you get 100 on the level?

 

 

 

For example:

 

 

 

Farming - Shorter time

 

Thieving - Less often caught while pickpocketing

 

Agility - Less often fail

 

Defence - Less often hit

 

Strength - Can do more damage

 

Mining - Quicker mining

 

Construction - Cheaper

 

Cooking - Less often burning

 

FireMaking - Lasts longer

 

 

 

A skill like herblore doesn't need any powers, because you can't fail putting random stuff and random herbs into the vial.

 

 

 

Anyway do these have powers like that?

i would think some of them would help you in certain things, for example:

 

if you had 98 theiving, you'd get cought more than with 99 theiving... so if you had 100 theiving you'd be cought less than with 99 theiving...

 

 

 

of course, that'd only apply with certain skills with a fail ratio (sp?)
