Could someone tell me where you can buy or find bagged plants? I've been asking everyone and the guides are'nt that much help, so could someone tell me?

The gardner that sells the bagged plants is located in Falador park.

The NPC who sells them is located in the eastern end of fally park, just a little bit southwest of Wyson's house. FYI, Wyson is the guy who sells woad leaves :wink:
