Whatever happened to that barrows kill count experiment?

Featured Replies

was it completed or did it just get forgotten about?

I first noticed this a few months ago and i just recently tried barrows so i'd like to see the results if there were any.

1 Dragon drop: D med

6 Barrows Drops: Brassy, T hams(2), Karils top, Dharoks legs, Ahrims top

Money lost due to bans, deaths, hacks: 78 mil

I believe it found that 20 to 30 killcount was the best for runes, bolt racks and cash.

30+ being not worth the effort and less giving u less.

They also concluded that killcount doesn effect the chance of a barrows itme just the amount of runes, cash and bolt racks

yeah RAHK did a good thread on KC (got to 9999) and got the same rewards that you would if you got a KC of 30. It doesnt affect your chances of a barrows item though. There is a good thread by Leesters (about a month ago) which was very instructive abour learning about common misconceptions in the barrows.
