It depends on how much WC you plan to do IMO. If you just cut magics for a little bit of cash or yews, then rune axe would be fine. But if you're doing hardcore powerleveling on willows, or cutting several thousand magics or yews, then it would be nice to have it.

ok thanks guys, i plan to do some wc for fletching, i may get a dragon axe if i absolutely neeed it.
