I heard cursing is good for training mage and i have plenty of runes but where is a good place to train??

Doesn't matter, Just go train on chickens or something else that can't hurt you, but wear full plate so you're guaranteed to fail the curse

Full metal armor (full helm, platebody, legs, kite) and d-hide vambraces will make you fail every curse. If you don't have d-hide, train on the Zamorak monk under the stairs at the front of Varrock castle. Even if you curse him successfully, he will shake it off almost immediately, letting you cast it again.

You could also fail Curse in any multi-combat zone,

 

 

 

that way, if you did "hit" you would have another target available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You could try casting from the key room in the Varrock sewers

 

 

 

across the water in the 4 zombie ladder room.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or try the screen room in the west second floor of the White knight castle.

 

 

 

It's multi-combat and you can cast through the screen.
