Ok i know this sounds noobish but i cant remember where to get/make empty kegs as i plan to do some brewing... anyone know??

Go up Fremmenik village. Go to the hut in the middle of the village. You will find a filled keg. Drink from the keg to get the content out of it.

you need calquat fruit and use a knife on it

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is correct. Calquat is one of the special trees in farming and requires 72 farming. You can make kegs from the calquat fruit.
