October 26, 200619 yr Why is it that whenever I go into a building there is always an upstairs. Sometimes there is even a 3rd or 4th floor. However when i go up the stairs i find that there is no possible use for this upstairs at all. Its always empty with pointless furniture in it we cant even sit in. Is there something members use it for or is this just empty space? What do u think about all this unused space in runescape.
