October 29, 200619 yr Dharok is pretty much only good for strength training. And it can be risky. I like to use it at PC. Stand in front of the portal where you can be assured of taking damage. Then put on prayer and hack away. Verac is good for pk'ing. Also it can be used in combat that uses prayer defense, like metal dragons and such. Also I heard it is good vs the portal in PC, but I can't confirm this. Geaux Tigers ! Congrats on a great year !
