I finsihed a quest where the NPC said I could bring these things to him and he could identify them,,, and if valuable, i could get reward,,, i just forgot who it is !!!

The guy at the end of the docks in Port Khazard can fix em.

 

 

 

Also with decent smithing you can fix them yourself on a POH armor stand.

You're thinking of the man in Draynor. He buys quest items off you, but not for much. I think he's the 'wise old man' near in the house near the bank.

No, the guy is called Murphy and he is located in Port Khazzard (the guy who you go diving with in RFD) He exchanges rusty swords for a longsword (ranging from bronze to rune) However rune is very rare.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As mentioned, you can also build a whetstone in your POH to change the rusty swords and damaged armour. :wink:
