Theres also a cake stall there. Steal from the cake stall a bit first to get some food, then go after the silk stall. When the guards attack you, wipe them out for some combat xp. I raised 4 range lvls there just by doing that!

I think you prove a great point. I just became member, but all my stats were already between 40-70, and quite honestly, a lot of the players in the free world look in your better interest. Many members think of themselves and don't care even to look at you.

Thats mainly up to you. I don't know which is better for pking, but if you'd like, I can ask my friend (99 mage) and get back to you on it.

Go with a range. Mage is good because it holds people in place and doesnt allow them to move with certain ones. If you don't have the money for runes, go with archery.
