October 30, 200619 yr so far i've gotten my str up from 66-70 and def from 65-68 by killing basalisks. i've approxamated ive killed over 1.5k so my question is how rare is the head? (i have gotten 9 rune daggers, 4 crystal keys, and 4 mystic hats using ROW) and im going for a big fish, i cant fish for sharks, and i will try when i get the lvl. but how long will it take to get a big swordfish (will cook all) A. dropping the tuna B. keeping the tuna thanks! October 30, 200619 yr I dunno.... the harder the monster, the rarer the drop. Also, the RoW doesn't help with heads.
October 30, 200619 yr I hate to tell you, but I got a head on my 2nd ever trip to the basilisks :). Trouble is, I don't have the construction level to mount it, so it's just sitting in the bank until I do. I think I was just lucky :)
October 30, 200619 yr They are farely rare.. Get a hand in the mean time, thats what I did :D I still need a fish too, but id suggest keeping the tunas and cooking them, xp and food, both are great.
October 30, 200619 yr Does anyone know if the big fish rate is dependant on your level? I remember my friend got like a big shark a week just solidly fishing them, he's 85 fishing.

It's mostly luck I guess. Oh and the cockatrice conversation is hilarious! Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.
October 31, 200619 yr Author update: ok so i was going to vent a little... here is what i was going to say "i decided to go to cockatrices to get a head, killed about 200 got a def lvl. 2 white mystic drops and nothing, i think im going to do a liitle fishing now." but just as i was checking to see if i got anything BAM! cockatrice head! \ so im still going to train on basalisks until 70 def, i still havent forgotten that i havent got their head yet... October 31, 200619 yr I got a crawling hand within like 30 kills. For some reason I got a rather large slayer task, so I did it, and got one.
