D. V. Devnull
Hi, Tip.It Forum Admins... Just out of curiosity, why is 'display of'/'mailing to' a person's e-mail not an available option on a user's profile? :-s Would it be possible to make this a user-controlled item again if it was killed for some reason on the forums? I was going through my profile settings this morning and was just kind of surprised to not see the option there. :uhh: Hope to hear back, as well as see some discussion on this from other users... ~Mr. Devnull (p.s.: I went through a little bit of this forum area before posting, and didn't see anything that would explain it, so this is why I am asking... :P  ...) and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)
Albosky
No matter how many warnings we gave , we had thousands upon thousands of users leaving their email visible , and then pissing, whining and having the nerve to blame US for them getting scam emails. The option to display your email address was removed for all members and will not be restored.. ever. I like to fart silently but deadly in movie theatersArd Choille says (11:41 PM):I wouldn't dare tell you what to do m'dear
Satenza
Aye, everyone always complained about having emails from people pretending to be Jagex. Then complaining about why they had gotten emails. Until someone pointed out to them their email was in their profile. It's better removed it server little purpose anyway other than allowing strangers to see your email. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.
D. V. Devnull
Hello there. Thank you for the quick and helpful answer, Satenza and Albosky. :) Please lock now? I see no reason for the thread to remain unlocked, seeing as the question is now answered and handled. :-s ~Mr. Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people...
