I usually use a cannon to power through my Dagannoth assignments in the Lighthouse dungeon. However, I've found that to be very expensive (although I can break even by growing the herb seed drops) and I've wondered for a while about making Dagannoth armor, which is supposed to be somewhat profitable with full sets selling for 400-600k. I just got another Dagannoth assignment and I'd like to try out making the armor (I'll mage rock crabs for the other parts at a later date). Are there multi-combat spots on Waterbirth Island with only melee or range-based dagannoths that drop hides, where I can set up my cannon and use it to good effect? Will I need to pray (level 87 combat, 68 defense, 59 prayer), or should decent food be enough?

I'll tell you this, all of Waterbirth Island is multi-combat. There are three rooms on the first level, one with melee only Rock Crabs (drop Rockshell pieces), and one with range only Dagannoths. Thats all I really know.

Just a warning, the waterbirth dags are alot tougher than the ones in the lighthouse.

Incorrect, the first level of the Waterbirth is NOT multicombat.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, The only dagganoth armor that sells decently is Rock Shell, all the others are extremely hard to sell (and i find them not worth the effort)
